Companies supporting the championship receive public recognition of their support. The contract is signed online and sponsorship is tax-deductible under the Romanian Fiscal Code.

Why support the championship

The championship is free for all participants. Company support covers the prizes, playing materials, arbiters and organisation, and anything above the edition's budget goes to the foundation's other education programmes.

Sponsorship follows Romanian Law 32/1994, with an electronically signed contract. The foundation is listed in the Register of entities eligible for tax deductions, so the amount can be deducted from the company's tax, within the legal limits.

How it works

    Choose a level of support

    Compare the packages below and pick the one that suits your company. The place in the package is held when you submit the form.

  2. 02

    Enter the company details

    Type the fiscal code (CUI) and we fill in the name, registered office and Trade Register number. You confirm the contact person's email and phone.

  3. 03

    Sign the contract online

    We generate the sponsorship contract (Romanian Law 32/1994) and send it to the legal representative via eSemneaza.ro; we then sign it too.

  4. 04

    Pay the sponsorship

    Pay online with a company card or by bank transfer within 15 days of signing.

  5. 05

    Receive public recognition

    Once the logo is approved you appear on the partners page and at the event, and at the end you receive the report on how the funds were used.

Tax benefits and documents

  • The Plus for Education Foundation is listed in the Romanian register of entities eligible for tax deductions, so the sponsorship can be deducted from tax.
  • Corporate income tax payers: up to 0.75% of turnover and 20% of the corporate tax due. Micro-enterprises: up to 20% of the income tax due. Your accountant confirms the exact ceiling under the current Fiscal Code.
  • The foundation issues no invoice for sponsorship. The supporting documents are the signed contract and the proof of payment.
  • You receive the electronically signed contract by email; at the end we send you the report on how the funds were used.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the package place held?

48 hours for signing the contract. After signing, the place stays with the company during the payment term.

Can we pay by bank transfer?

Yes. After signing, the sponsorship page shows the foundation's IBAN and payment reference; we confirm transfers manually, usually within 1–2 business days.

When does the company logo appear on the website?

Once the sponsorship is paid (or the goods are handed over) and the logo is approved. If you prefer no public mention, you can say so in the form.

What happens to funds above the championship budget?

They go to the foundation's other educational programmes — the surplus clause is part of the contract.

Could the sponsorship count as advertising?

No. The packages only mention the sponsor's name, brand or image (art. 5 of Law 32/1994), without promoting products or services.
